How quickly can you attend a plumbing emergency?
Emergency callouts are triaged for a four-hour operational response. For active leaks we will talk you through isolating the supply immediately while an engineer is en route.
Do you repair or just replace?
We repair where a repair is genuinely sound, and recommend replacement only when the economics or safety case is clear. Every recommendation comes with a written quotation before work proceeds.
Can tenants report plumbing issues directly?
On the Complete plan, tenants can raise issues straight into our intake, and we handle triage against your authority limits. On other plans, reports route through you or your agent.
